Walter Whetsell is owner and President of Starboard Communications, a public relations and marketing firm located in Lexington, South Carolina.
With over two decades of experience organizing grassroots projects and managing political campaigns for Republican candidates and conservative ballot issues, Walter has established himself as a skilled administrator who specializes in both developing creative strategic programs as well as executing the types of targeted media and mail campaigns that break through the cookie-clutter clutter that is found so often in American politics.
Walter successfully developed the business model that provides a "soup-to-nuts" solution for its clients which includes consulting and plan development, data/list acquisition and maintenance, complete creative and art services as well as in-house mail-shopping and fulfillment services.
